SANJEEV PARMAR - CSA A LICENSE / ENROLLED IN ARGENTINIAN PRO A LICENSE.
Born and raised in Campbell River, BC, Sanjeev has travelled around the world playing soccer. After spending four years at Houghton College, NY on a full scholarship, Sanjeev was drafted by the Toronto Lynx in the A-League College draft and eventually signed with the Charlotte Eagles who he helped win the USL D3 National Championship. After the season, Sanjeev traveled to Africa with the Charlotte Eagles to play friendly matches against top teams in Ethiopia, Kenya and Rwanda. Sanjeev stayed behind for three months after the tour and helped coach in cooperation with the Ethiopian Football Federation with their youth national team prospects. He was also a pioneer in a Christian soccer ministry which provided soccer clinics for orphanages and street children in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. He joined the Ottawa Wizards upon his return from Africa and was selected to the CPSL all-star team in 2001. He is the winner of two Canadian Professional Soccer League Championships with the Wizards. In 2003, Sanjeev captained the Canadian Military National team in the Americas Cup versus America and Barbados.
Sanjeev has been the assistant coach of the University of Ottawa Women's Team and Ottawa Fury W-League Team.
In May, 2009 Sanjeev developed a Not For Profit Charity called Galaktic 3v3 Soccer Fest to raise money for underprivileged kids in the Eastern Ontario Region.
In 2010 Sanjeev was the recipient of the prestigious Ottawa Business Journal Forty Under 40 award.
At 28 years of age Sanjeev become one of the youngest coaches in Canada to have completed his CSA A License and is presently enrolled in a two year coaching course to earn his Argentinian Pro A License which is the highest degree as a professional soccer coach. He has also participated in a FIFA Futsal Course, has a masters degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa where he is a part-time professor in the HK Department and has earned his Respect in Soccer Certification.

WENDY DONALDSON is a graduate from the University of Ottawa Gee Gees Women's soccer program where she was the captain and winner of numerous OUA Championships and two National Silver Medals. In her final season as a Gee Gee player, Wendy was selected to play for Canada at the World University Games in China. |

JOE FOURNIER is an OSA Pre B License Coach and is our official Dartfish Technique Analyst and SAT TEST Advisor for our Plus 20 Elite Program. Joe is the head coach of the Louis Riel High School Sports Etude Soccer Program and has won a number of different titles with the school including the OFSAA Provincial Championship with the senior girls team. Joe has a Masters in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa. |

CHRIS GRIMES is an OSA Pre B License Coach and a senior staff member with Parmar Sports Training Inc. Chris is one of the most successful development coaches in Ottawa as he has had four of his female players play for the Ontario provincial team and one for Canada at the Danone Cup. Chris has also proved his tactical abilities on the field by winning the Robbie Cup with his U12 girls in 2008. Chris has been a part of the Plus 20 Staff since the beginning of the program in 2006 and has been involved in all programs since 2004. Chris is the longest serving staff coach at Parmar Sports Training and has been instrumental in brainstorming the concept behind Futuro Soccer Academy. |

AARON HOOPER is a 17 year old elite level soccer player who is currently playing for FC Capital United U21 squad. In the past he has had trials with the Montreal Impact Academy and Toronto FC Academy. He is a very passionate soccer player and always loves to share with the kids new celebrations and soccer chants, and truly believes in “Supporting Local Football”. He loves to work with kids and makes soccer experiences a truly fun and passionate one. |

TIN TRAN is a fan favorite amongst all the kids who attend Parmar Programs. Tin brings magic and excitement to the field with his personality and ability to interact with the kids. T&T or Trash Can as he is often referred to by the kids has been a regular staff member since 2008. Tin is a certified OSA Senior License Coach. |

ALEX VALERIO is a graduate of Princeton University ‘11 where she majored in psychology and played for the women’s soccer program. In addition to winning an Ivy League Championship in 2008, she served as team captain in 2011 and was the recipient of prestigious Kathy Kobler Garrett ‘91 award.
Prior to attending Princeton, Alex captained the 1989 Ottawa Fury Girls squad from U15 to U17. At only 17 years old, she was chosen to play for the Fury W-League Team that went on to the W-League Championship Finals in 2006. Alex was also the team captain of the EODSA’s 1989 Regional Team and eventually succeeded in both making and captaining the OSA Provincial Team in 2003.
Of Portuguese heritage, Alex represented Portugal at the U-19 European Qualifying Tournament in Trofa, Portugal, in 2007, and made two appearances, playing against Norway and Italy. Previously, she had participated in a training camp with the Senior Women’s National Team.

CRAIG TAYLOR, in his 28th year coaching, gains his expertise from Track and Field. His Need for Speed programs have increased athlete's performances in many sports including; football, soccer, rugby, baseball, hockey, bobsleigh, skeleton, luge, water-ski, basketball, figure skating, speed skating, volleyball, tennis, lacrosse, alpine and cross country skiing. A Certified National Sprint Coach, Taylor has trained national and international level (Olympic) athletes for 20 years. A few of his athletes include the likes of former 100 meter world record holder Donovan Bailey, Glenroy Gilbert (part of 4x100 meter relay team world record), Damon Allen (Toronto Argonauts, CFL), Adrien Aucoin (NHL), Morgan Kane (NFL), and various teams including the Bahrain sprint/hurdle national team and Norwegian Olympic Bobsled team |
