PHILOSOPHY OF THE PROGRAM
Our simple philosophy is a better
conditioned athlete will play a more technically sound game. Incorporating
the Speed Strength and Conditioning Program Soccer Performance Program
will help players get fit, fast and first to the ball. They will win more
loose balls, explode past their competition, shield off multiple defenders,
and have a better chance of an injury free season. We will improve your
players' work rate over 90 minutes of play. At the same time we will develop
players who possess the skill and confidence to make a difference on the
field.
PROJECTED GOALS
We will assess individual movement
mechanics both with and without the ball, in order to identify specific
abilities requiring improvements. In addition we integrate speed, agility,
quickness, balance, strength, rhythm and co-ordination in an innovative
and fun manner in order to develop a player's technique, skills, confidence
and enjoyment of the game. Besides improved mechanics, our goal is to
help players with their game knowledge to improve team dynamics on and
off the field.
