HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS UNIVERSITY SHOWCASE TRAINING CAMP - MAY 19/20

Parmar Sports Training and the Louis Riel Sports Etudes High School Soccer Program  joined forces to bring Eastern Ontario it's first ever University Showcase training camp. Our goal was to help talented female soccer players from grade 8 - 12 get identified by university coaches from all over North America.  The two day training camp was offered on May 19/20 at the Gloucester Super Dome and attracted a lot of media coverage including two major News networks CBC and CTV.

This camp was by invitation only to high level female players who have demonstrated the technical, tactical, physical and mental ability to play at the university level. Training consisted of technically demanding drills, various small sided games and full field 11v11 games which highlighted the ability level of the players. Players were invited from all over Eastern  Ontario as well as the Quebec and Manitoba National Training Centres.

2011 Eastern Canada Showcase Super 32
In 2011 we will be sending invites to players from Eastern Ontario, Atlantic, Quebec and Manitoba National Training Centres so that we can continue to raise the standard of the players who will attend the event. If you are interested in participating in the two day training camp in May 2011 please don't hesitate to contact Sanjeev Parmar at 613-277-8096 or by email at sanjeev@parmarsportstraining.com. Players can only register after being accepted into the program.

WEDNESDAY: 1PM - 3PM
Warm-up: Dynamic with and without the ball - 15 minutes

Technical Training: Passing and Receiving - 20 minutes

1v1 / 2v2 / 3v3 to goal - 25 minutes

7 v 7 - 60 minutes
Cool Down - 10 minutes

WEDNESDAY: 3:15PM - 4:15PM
University Seminar

THURSDAY: 9AM - 11AM

Warm-up: Dynamic with and without the bal - 20 minutes
Technical Training: Combination Play into Finishing - 30 minutes
7 v 7 - 60 minutes

Cool Down - 10 minutes

THURSDAY: 1PM - 3PM
Warm-up: Dynamic with and without the ball -20 minutes

11 v 11 ( 90 minutes): 3  x 30 minute thirds
