Spring Programs : Pre Season Conditioning

Age 9 – 18. We will assess individual movement mechanics both with and without the ball, in order to identify specific abilities requiring improvements. We integrate speed, agility, quickness, balance, strength, rhythm and co-ordination in an innovative and fun manner.
