GIRLS PARMAR+20 QUALIFY FOR INDOOR ONTARIO CUP FINALS

GIRLS PARMAR+20 (1996) TIE ONTARIO CUP CHAMPIONS RICHMOND HILL (1995)

PARMAR+20 is a unique program and is the first of its kind in the Eastern Ontario Region. This program has been designed for the top 20 boys  and top 20 girls in Ottawa who are 10 and 11 years of age. Players will be identified based upon scouting reports from club head coaches around the city as well as Parmar Sports Training coaching staff.

Players who are selected to participate in this program are identified as players who possess the potential to become an elitesoccer player to potentially play for the Ontario Region 5, Provincial and Canadian National teams in the next few years as theycontinue to develop their talent through properly structured training programs. This program will challenge players to raise their standard of play as they will compete and train with players who will be highly motivated to excel and become the best.

Our training program will be very demanding and highly educational for each player and will require each player to commit themselves fully to becoming the best player possible. Players will be exposed and introduced to a number of new training methods that will expand their knowledge of the principles of attacking and defending soccer.

Players who are selected to participate in the +20 program will be challenged on the field through a combination of technical and tactical training sessions twice a week and numerous exhibition matches versus older higher level teams.

Players will be asked to maintain a very high standard on and off the training field and be provided with a very in depth Home Training Program which will include:

  • Players Code
  • Short term and long term goal setting
  • Information on Effective Goal Setting for both players and parents
  • Weekly Goal Setting Sheets
