At PARMAR SPORTS TRAINING we specialize
in individual and team performance enhancement. We assess team and individual
movement mechanics both with and without the ball, in order to identify
specific abilities requiring improvements. We Integrate speed, agility,
quickness, balance, strength, conditioning, rhythm and co-ordination in
an innovative and fun manner in order to develop a player’s technique,
skills, confidence and enjoyment of the game. We help players with their
game knowledge to improve team dynamics on and off the field to ensure
